A recruitment platform where ARIA, an AI recruiter, finds candidates, runs the interviews and delivers a ranked shortlist.

Context
Wedey sees traditional recruitment as broken: posting a job and waiting misses passive talent, screening wears teams out and a role takes weeks to fill. Wedey wanted to automate the whole chain, from job description to shortlist, and leave people only the final decision.
Approach
We split recruitment into six modules, each presented on its own page: job description, sourcing, outreach, assessment, AI interview and decision. ARIA, the AI recruiter, has a name, an avatar and a chat window right on the home page. The site lets people try before they pay: a demo space with no sign-up, an ROI calculator and monthly or yearly plans.

- Offer Optimizer: a calibrated job description generated from the stated need
- Discovery Engine: search across 50+ sources, including GitHub, LinkedIn and Indeed
- Outreach Grid: personalised invitations by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, call or SMS
- Assessment Core: technical and behavioural tests generated for each role
- ARIA: 24/7 video interviews, STAR method, voice analysis and transcripts
- Decision Engine: a shortlist ranked by match score
- Public site: no-sign-up demo, ROI calculator, pricing, blog and job board
