Data submitted through the configurator or the booking form is used only to answer your project request and to get back to you about it.

Data collected: email address, the messages exchanged with the configurator, the resulting project brief and the details entered when booking a meeting. Your IP address is only kept as an encrypted fingerprint, to prevent abuse.

Case studies shown: to adapt the case studies displayed to your country, our server infers that country from your IP address with a local table (the public-domain user-country database of ip-location-db); this processing neither stores nor shares your address.

Configurator: your messages are processed by a DeepSeek artificial intelligence model (China) to ask the questions and write your project brief. Before anything is sent, the site removes contact details from your messages (email address, phone number, links to a profile or a document, IBAN); the email address you enter at the end of the conversation is never sent. Please do not enter sensitive information.

Legal basis: the pre-contractual exchange you start by contacting us or by posting a service request.

Retention: your data is kept for the follow-up of our business relationship; you can ask for its deletion at any time.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, portability and objection, on request at hello@elvaz.agency.

Processors: Contabo GmbH (hosting of the site and data, Germany), DeepSeek (configurator, China: the configurator messages, without your contact details, are transferred outside the European Union), o2switch (email, France) and Calendly (scheduling, United States). Quote texts written with DeepSeek contain no personal data.

Cookies: this site uses no advertising cookie and no analytics tool. The configurator sets a technical cookie that keeps your conversation for 30 days. The Calendly booking module may set its own cookies when you open it. On the EDGE CRYPTO case study, a YouTube video (privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) loads when you reach it: Google (United States) then receives your IP address and may set its own trackers.
