Context
Tabiblib (TBL Technology) helps patients in Algeria find a doctor and book a consultation. The platform needed two apps, on Android and iOS: one for patients and one for healthcare professionals.
Approach
On the patient side, the app shows availability in real time, sends reminders and opens the electronic medical record; patients book for themselves or for family members. On the practitioner side, booking requests land in the calendar, where the doctor handles them. Built-in messaging, close to WhatsApp, connects doctors and patients, and each file keeps the patient’s medical profile and history.
