Context
Algerian Union Bank is a bank based in Mauritania that supports trade between Algeria and Mauritania. It serves SMEs, large groups, startups, exporters and individuals, and offers Islamic finance. Its website had to present each offer clearly and lead to a meeting with an adviser, for French-, English- and Arabic-speaking visitors.
Approach
The site structure follows the bank’s audiences: businesses, individuals, Islamic finance, then the bank itself. Each product has its own page, and every page leads to the contact form. Opening an account is explained in three steps: get in touch, prepare the file, visit a branch. The Arabic version reads right to left.
