Context

Fifty4 wanted to modernise its media tracking. YouTube monitoring had to run on its own and give its clients up-to-date data.

Approach

We wrote Python scripts that collect trending videos and their statistics every day: views, likes, comments. Automation workflows chain the collection steps, and a dashboard built with low-code tools presents the figures interactively. The service runs on a subscription.

What we built

  • Daily collection of trending YouTube videos
  • Per-video statistics: views, likes, comments
  • Interactive dashboard: indicators, line chart, pie chart
  • Video table with thumbnails and a date filter
  • Collection automation workflows
  • Subscription access

Stack

  • Python
