Context

BlackSheep Sérigraphie has been printing and embroidering garments since 2013 in Seytroux, in the Haute-Savoie Alps, for sports brands, clubs, associations and companies. The workshop has no minimum order and works with organic textiles and eco-friendly inks.

A quote depends on the model, the colour, the quantity in each size, the placements and the number of colours. Customers had to be able to describe all of it on their own, online, and see their print on the garment before sending the request.

Approach

We wrote the site from scratch in Next.js, in French and English. The configurator runs in five steps: product, colour, sizes, print, send. At the print step, customers pick a placement on the garment in their chosen colour, see the print area measured in millimetres, then upload their logo or type a text that they move and resize. The summary lists every zone and the quantity tier; the workshop then prices the quote, with no online payment.

What we built

  • Five-step configurator: product, colour, sizes, print, send
  • Live preview on the garment, in its colour, with the print area in millimetres
  • Six placements per T-shirt, each in screen print, embroidery or DTF transfer
  • Uploaded logo or free text: two fonts, ink colours, size, zoom, undo
  • Quantities per size from XXS to 5XL, with the quantity tier shown
  • Summary by zone and a quote request sent to the workshop
  • Bilingual site with a 23-model catalogue, search, filters and product pages
